Carpenter (Residential Construction Remodel) at Ferguson Builders:
- Pay: $19–$28 per hour (based on experience and performance).
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday.
- Work Location: In-field (job sites).
- Overtime: Occasional overtime available.

Who We Are Looking For?
We are looking for a skilled carpenter with a vast knowledge of various carpentry techniques to join our team! You will collaborate with the Project Manager to build, install, adjust, and repair various structures, fixtures, and other items using a range of materials.
Qualifications:
- Preferred 3+ years of infield experience, but not required.
- General knowledge of Residential Construction practices and building codes.
- Works efficiently and accurately while paying close attention to detail.
- Works well both as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Clean driving record.
- Prolonged periods of standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling.
- Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 80 lbs.
- Proficient use of power and manual equipment and measuring tools.
- Trade Skills a plus: Framing, Finish Carpentry, Plumbing, Drywall, Electrical, Flooring, Tile
Responsibilities:
- Produce projects to standards.
- Maintain thorough records with Daily Logs.
- Measure and mark construction materials accurately.
- Cut, shape, alter, and install construction materials to complete residential remodels.
- Read and adhere to labels, safety regulations, building codes, and guidelines.
- Use and maintain tools/equipment in safe operating conditions.
- Capable of receiving and following instructions and communicating with the production team.
