Salary: $60,000 to $72,000 annually, depending on experience.
Job Type: Full-time, 40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Work Location: Primarily in-office in Greenville, SC, with occasional vendor meetings, client meetings, jobsite visits, and travel.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an Interior Designer who wants to do more than create beautiful spaces.

You’ll take a client’s vision, lifestyle, priorities, and budget and turn them into cohesive, functional designs that feel personal and can actually be built.
You’ll guide clients through the design and selections process while collaborating with our Design, Estimating, Sales, and Production teams to carry the design from initial concept through construction.

You won’t just design it. You’ll see it come to life.

What You’ll Do:

Own the creative design, selections, and overall design vision for assigned projects.
Work alongside our Project Planners to guide clients through the design process, presentations, and selections.
Develop thoughtful, functional designs that balance the client’s vision with budget, scope, and constructability.
Create space plans, material palettes, cabinetry designs, presentations, and other design documentation that bring the vision to life.
Collaborate with Drafting, Estimating, Procurement, Production, vendors, and trade partners to ensure designs are complete, accurate, and buildable.
Stay involved through project handoff and construction, helping solve design challenges and ensure the finished project reflects the approved design intent.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience as an Interior Designer, Cabinet Designer, Lead Designer, or similar role within residential construction or design-build.
Education in Interior Design, Drafting, Architectural Design, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong understanding of residential construction, materials, finishes, space planning, cabinetry, and selections.
Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
Experience with Chief Architect or comparable CAD/design software preferred.
Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management software, and learning new technology.
